Hey there leader! We cannot wait to have you and your group with us at Extreme Conference this year. Below is all the information you need on how to finalise your group and/or Budget Accommodation registration.
1. COMPLETE GROUP BOOKING FORM
Download and complete this form (either digitally or by hand) with all relevant information.This needs to be sent through to us along with your group excel spreadsheet (next step) no later than Monday 31st August 2026.
2. COMPLETE GROUP EXCEL SPREADSHEET
This is the information about all of the people that are in your group including dietary requirements, medical issues and emergency contacts.
Simply download this excel spreadsheet and fill in all fields and send through to us along with your group booking form no later than Monday 31st August 2026.

3. PRE-ORDER YOUR GROUP MERCH
Guarantee merch for your group! Head to our online store, order merch for your group and you can collect everything at the Rego Desk when you check-in for conference.
